Great windbreaker. Very very lightweight and packable. It's very thin, but does seem to be made of a durable fabric that won't seem to rip unless snagging a tree branch, or something. It won't provide much warmth, if needed. So wear layers under it to stay warm. The hood has mesh in it for breathability and pulls nearly completely closed (like Kenny's in Southpark). If it rains, the water beads up and runs right off. But, it's much more like a windbreaker than a rain coat, because it's very thin and the length in the arms and torsoe could be a little longer for better rain repellancy. But, I'm 6' 3" so it's more noticable to me. ( I bought the XL size.) The "phish" logo is a new style, large and noticeable and a change of pace from the common fish shaped logos so common on nearly all recent dry goods warm threads. For what it is, I'd say it's a great coat for the quality and cost and I look forward to rocking it at future places around town and hopefully an extensive spring/summer tour.
