This is a refrigerator magnet meant to look like Trey Anastasia’s guitar. I placed the magnet on my refrigerator and it worked. Indeed, my fridge was an acceptable destination for this artifact from Phish Dry Goods. I was surprised by the size of this magnet. Although it is not as large as my refrigerator door, it is roughly the height of a half of a sheet of computer paper folded “hamburger style”. Do I love this magnet? Sure. If a tornado were to ravage my home, I would certainly walk over to the fridge after the carnage to determine if the magnet was still attached to the door of my fridge. As of yet, I have only had the magnet “hold up” a few documents on the fridge. I expect it can “hold up” a decent size notice, bill, letter or maybe even a pamphlet. One thing to keep in mind while purchasing: the guitar does not have “real” strings - sure, it has two dimensional representation of Trey Anastasia’s strings but certainly not playable. Alas, if you would like to hear the sweet sounds of Trey’s melodic instrument of joy, you have several options - a Phish concert, a LivePhish+ streaming account, or even some LPonLP vinyl records. Unfortunately, this guitar will not “play” any Phish songs or Trey Anastasio songs. I give this magnet 5 stars. This magnet may not play Phish songs, but I didn’t expect it to so that’s okay.
