I have so much merch from TAB, Phish, Trio, etc., i love a good souvenir from amazing show, which is why I spend outrageous prices to fully support most all bands, and especially this one, but I got taken here. Took forever to ship and deliver with no communication. Not true to size. Hoodie is aboht the cheapest qns most fragile thing I’ve ever touched. Wont get started on the hat. Below mediocre quality.
Worst part is over 25 years of following, the idk how many $1,000’s I’ve spent. Won’t even let me return after day one, actually there’s essentially zero contact. I will never stop going to see them, but I will never pay one penny for any of their merch again.
