180g Tarmac Pavement pressing. To complete the weekend, Phish Dry Goods has an exclusive bonus LP of Phishs late-night 37-minute Flatbed Truck Jam from their early AM drive through the parking lot, playing an ambient set on the back of a flatbed truck as fans slept.

The album is great! The cover is pretty thin and flimsy compared to other albums, which is too bad because the art on it is great, but i think they could have made the cover a little more sturdy than cereal box thickness. Nonetheless, the album and quality is great!

I was pretty disappointed with this jam. I bet it was cool to be there and in the context of it I can understand that in the wee hours of the morning this very toned down playing was appropriate and was probably really fun to witness but to pay 30 bucks for a vinyl copy is only for die hard fans and completionists. To me the whole jam sounds like a soundcheck warm up exercise that doesn't go anywhere, it just meanders around and fizzles out and is not very memorable. It never really has any of the phishy jam moments we all know and love. Honestly I have listened to the clifford ball soundcheck and it was actually a lot better than the flatbed jam.
